| Abstract: | The objective of the research was found out the effectiveness of using short stories technique on student's reading comprehension of narrative text at the 2nd grade students. The use of short stories in language teaching and learning gives it holistic approach. The research method was a quantitave research and the design is quasi experimental research. It is proven that the use of short story technique has significant effect towards student's reading comprehension. |
