Abstract:	The results of this research indicate that : 1. The implementation of the scenario used by Genre Based Approach is in accordance with the stages planned by the researcher, althought there is a problem such as students who do not participate in the learning process in the first stage,seen from observer's comments during learning. 2. The response of the teacher about learning writing using the Genre Based Approach got a positive response. 3. Even though the difficulties faced by students are in the fourth stages of the Genre Based Approach.
