Abstract:	The objectives of this research was to find out whether the use of song is effective to improve students' writing ability. The method is quantitative method. The result of the reserch showed that songs can be used effectively to motivate the students in learning English after being taught using songs. In other words, songs have showed its significant influences in the progress of students'  skill and knowledge.
