Abstract:	Speaking is one of the center elements of communication, but in reality, students still find  difficulties in speaking English. There are some problems faced by students in speaking English. This study aimed to investigate kids of problem faced by students in telling personal experience and investigate the strategy to overcomethe problems. This study implement descriptive method. The result of this study showed that students faced some problems, such as : grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary, fluency, comprehension, anxiety, fear and motivation. The teacger must know about students' problem in speaking and find an appropriate way to overcome those problems.
