Abstract:	There are several studies that have shown the dfifference between male and female students in the proficiency in listening skills. Therefore this study attempts to discuss whether or not there is any significant different listening ability between male and female. The design used quantitative design. The analysis based on Independent Sample T-Test revealed that the female students have better ability in listening comprehension than the males.
