| Abstract: | English become an international language that is used as means of communication among countries in the world including Indonesia. The research is aimed to find out the effectiveness of using cooperative learning method in teaching reading narrative text.. The research used quantitative research and pretest post test design. The research result showed that teaching narrative trext using cooperative learning is effective in improving the students reading ability. |
