Abstract:	Language is an important role business talk between nayions. The language may borrow some words from other language to fulfil the need in extending the vocabularies in the field of enrich the vocabularies. From analysis, it was found three types of loan owrds : loan word without phonetic substitution, loan word with partial phonetic and loanword with complete phonetic substition.
