Abstract:	Among the factors influencing students' learning, motivation is thought to be  an important reason for different achievement. The purposes of this study were to find out levels of motivation in students with high and low achievement and to investigate whether any correlation between motivation and their achievement in learning English. Method used in this study is quantitative technique.  The result of this study show that there is a positive correlation between students' motivation and their achivement in learning English. It means that the students with high motivation in learning English will be more successful rather than the students  who have low motivation.
