TEAM TEACHING MODEL (TTM) BERBASIS LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (LMS) PADA MAHASISWA DISABILITAS NETRA
Providing adequate services and facilities for every learner's need is a priority that must be considered. The purpose of this study is to provide learning services and facilities for students with disabilities in implementing Scientific Writing Strategies lectures. The research method used was research and development with the research subjects totaling nine students with disabilities at the IKIP Siliwangi. Design Development procedures include needs analysis, learning model design development, model design validation, product testing, and evaluation. The results obtained indicate that 1) the rationalization of moodel development is valid with an average value of 3.25; 2) the basis of model development is declared valid with an average value of 3.08; 3) the basic principle of the model is declared valid with an average value of 3.17; 4) the syntax is declared valid with an average value of 3.17; 5) the support system is declared valid with an average value of 3.25; 6) the social system is declared valid with an average value of 3.42; and 7) the instructional impact and the accompanying impact were declared valid with an average value of 3.33. The conclusion obtained is that the results of the development of the Team Teaching Model Based on Learning Management System are declared valid to be used in the learning of Scientific Paper Writing Strategies for students with visual disabilities. The implementation results show that users, namely students with disabilities, can attend lectures well. The results of the interview showed a positive user response to the development of the model and expressed hope that with this system the IKIP Siliwangi could become a barometer of inclusive higher education.
