Environment is the strongest segment in forming the language skills of preschoolers. The ability of each child of the same age will be different depending on the environment that shape it. Communication strategy is problem -oriented activity. It is used by the learner because he can not obtain a deficiency or access of linguistic resources are required in order to express the intended meaning The level of language development in preschool shows that a child will use when communicating certain forms that are unique characteristics of each child. The unique feature will be used when a child is communicating well with her and the people around him .
